Privacy Policy
How AI Landscape Design collects, uses and protects your information, including the yard photos you upload and the designs you create.
Last updated: 2026-10-09
This Privacy Policy explains how Skyble Lab Inc. ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you use the AI Landscape Design website at ai-landscape-design.com (the "Service"). It should be read with our Terms of Service.
The short version: we collect what we need to run your account, make your designs and take payment. Your yard photos and designs are private to your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
1. Information we collect
Account information. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Your photos and designs. The photos you upload, the options and text you choose (space type, style, description, quality) and the designs the Service creates.
Purchase information. The plan or pack you bought, the amount, the date and your billing country. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Usage and device information. Pages you visit, features you use, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, and error logs. Some of this is collected with cookies (see section 6).
Messages. What you send us when you email support or use the in-site chat, if it is turned on.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and run your account and sign you in;
- turn your photo into designs, store them in your Projects and show them back to you;
- keep track of your credits, process payments and send receipts;
- answer your questions and send important notices about your account or the Service;
- prevent abuse, such as fake accounts made to collect free credits, and keep the Service secure;
- understand how the Service is used so we can fix problems and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Your yard photos and designs
- Private by default. Photos and designs are stored in a private storage bucket. They are shown only to you, through links that expire after a short time.
- AI processing. To make a design, your photo and the options you chose are sent to the AI image provider for the quality you picked (Runware for Basic, Atlas Cloud for Pro). They process the image to return the design.
- No model training. We do not use your photos or designs to train AI models.
- No public display. We do not publish your photos or designs, or use them in our marketing, without your permission.
- Keeping and deleting. We keep your photos and designs while your account is open so you can come back to them. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete them within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
Please avoid uploading photos that show people's faces, car number plates or other private information you do not want processed.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Google (Firebase / Google Cloud Storage): storing photos and designs; Google sign-in
- Turso: account, credit and order database
- Vercel: hosting the website
- Stripe: payments, invoices and fraud checks
- Resend: sign-in links and account emails
- Runware and Atlas Cloud: generating designs from your photo
- Google Analytics and OpenPanel: site usage statistics and product events (for example, which steps people complete); linked to your account ID, not your email
- Tawk.to (if enabled): live chat support
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
5. Where your information is stored
We and our providers are based in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect checkout. The Service does not work without them.
- Analytics cookies, where enabled, tell us which pages are used so we can improve them.
Analytics cookies are on by default. If you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a notice lets you turn them off ("Necessary only"), and you can change your choice any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. OpenPanel, our product analytics, does not use cookies.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- see the personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your account, photos and designs;
- object to or limit some uses of your information, and withdraw consent you gave;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email hello@skyblelab.ai from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for using your rights.
California residents. Under the CCPA you have the rights to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
8. How long we keep information
We keep account information, photos and designs while your account is open. After you delete your account we remove it within 30 days. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 7 years. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, photos are kept in private storage, and access to our systems is limited to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please keep your Google account and mailbox safe, as they are how you sign in.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the Service.
12. Contact
